UK based leaflet label licensor Fix-a-Form International Ltd is delighted to report news of their investment and joint venture with their Indian licensee Unick Fix-a-Form & Printers Ltd.
The major capital investment is part of a long term strategic move to strengthen market position as a global brand and re-enforce the network's ability to support the large growing demand for labels and leaflet labels in India.
In addition to becoming equal partners in the family controlled company, Fix-a-Form International will provide further support with improved production equipment which will increase Unick's capabilities and output capacity.
Andrew Denny commented: "With our investment and expertise Unick will now be able to step up a gear and achieve significant growth to meet the growing demand of both labels and our unique multi-page labels."
Fix-a-Form International is part of the Suffolk based Denny Bros Group, which devised the leaflet label concept known as Fix-a-Form in the early 1980's. Fix-a-Form labels are available throughout the world via a network of independent label printing companies.
Unick FAF and printers is a family controlled public company based in Ahmedabad in the Gujarat region. The business was established in 1993 and today supplies printed self-adhesive labels and booklet labels to a growing customer base.
